Eligibility

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

Content Ownership

You own your content. You retain full ownership and all rights to any videos, footage, or other content you upload to ClannAI. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and analyze your videos using AI
• Store your content to provide the service
• Display your content back to you
• Generate highlights, stats, and analysis

This license is solely for the purpose of providing the ClannAI service. You can delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from our systems.

Marketing use: By accepting these Terms, you grant ClannAI a separate, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use selected clips or highlights for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. You can withdraw this permission at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content (e.g., you own it or have permission from the owner). You must not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights or rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept updates.
